As an encouragement from the President of the Northern Technical University for the teachers of our university for obtaining a higher scientific rank, and thus their contribution to the scientific advancement of the university, and in order to reach the ranks of international universities, Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar honored a number of university teachers who obtained a higher scientific degree, wishing them success and more scientific brilliance.
