Our Northern Technical University participated in the joy of public and private universities, represented by the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, who participated in the central graduation ceremony for the students of Al Nour University College in its seventh session.
Her Excellency presented a bouquet of roses to Dr. Bashar Mahmoud, one of the founders of the college, in addition to offering in-kind gifts to the first, second, and third students of the college, wishing them more scientific brilliance.
