Under the patronage and presence of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, the Control Unit for the Handling of Hazardous and Toxic Chemicals, Biological and Radiological Materials, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a training workshop on the application of the asset tracking program Chemistry for officials of chemical stores and officials of scientific laboratories in university colleges and institutes.

The workshop aimed to:

Training participants on how to include chemical and biological materials on the website, how to manage chemical stocks, track and control chemicals, organize an inventory of chemical and biological materials in stores and laboratories for safety and chemical security, and preserve stored materials from damage and theft.
