Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, participated in the fifteenth conference of the CONFERMO General Assembly, which was held from November 29 to 30 2023 at Qatar University in Doha. During the conference, Northern Technical University was accredited as a member of the Regional Conference of Chancellors of French-Speaking Universities (C2R).
