The President of Northern Technical University honors Professor Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mahmood, a member of the Iraqi Institutional Accreditation Council, in recognition of his efforts in delivering the lecture “Quality Management System.”

The President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, honored Professor Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mahmood, a member of the Iraqi Institutional Accreditation Council, in appreciation of his significant efforts and active contribution in delivering the scientific lecture titled “Quality Management System and Supporting Standards for Universities,” which the university organized as part of its scientific and developmental activities in the field of quality and academic accreditation.

The President praised Dr. Khalil’s pioneering role in promoting a culture of quality at the level of Iraqi universities, emphasizing that Northern Technical University places special importance on developing quality and accreditation systems in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directions toward achieving institutional excellence.

For his part, Professor Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mahmood expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the President of the University for this honor, commending Northern Technical University’s efforts in adopting quality initiatives that contribute to solidifying the concepts of quality and academic accreditation and enhancing its scientific status among Iraqi universities.
