The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired the second session of the University Council for the morning and evening studies, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the session rapporteur, the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon, and all members of the session.
Her Excellency began the session by welcoming everyone, wishing them to have a successful academic year, then the council discussed several issues, including:

• Directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research
  Creating a suitable university environment for our dear students
  Introducing evening studies in many university faculties and institutes
  Creating several colleges at the university
• Working under the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with the admission mechanism for morning and evening studies and parallel education.
