The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, headed a delegation that included the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, and several directors of the departments of the University Presidency, the Youth Leadership Forum, and at the theater hall at the University of Mosul, in which hundreds of ambitious youth from Owners of community initiatives, in which the Academy seeks to create awareness among the active youth elites in the societies, rehabilitating them psychologically, and giving them life skills and leadership tools.

The President of Nineveh University attended the meeting, a number of security figures, directors of the governorate’s departments, and a number of religious figures.
