under the direction of the President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar. Our university participated in the graduation ceremony for the second batch of students, which was organized by the Holy Abbasid Threshold, under the slogan “From Karbala’s land, generosity bears fruit”. The event was part of the “Al-Kafil National Youth” project, which involved the participation of 39 universities and approximately 3,000 students.
Our university delegation included 50 students and several members of the university from various colleges. The student activities department organized the delegation, and they showcased the participating universities’ banners as they entered the holy shrine of Abu Al-Fadl Al-Abbas in an organized group. Each group carried a banner with the university’s name and proceeded sequentially to perform the visitation ceremonies, chanting in unison “Labbayk Ya Hussain”, while holding the Iraqi flag. The event was highly organized by the relevant authorities in the holy shrines of Al-Hussein and Al-Abbas.
