Under the auspices of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanon Younis Thanon, the Department of Media and Public Relations at the Presidency of the University organized a speech art competition, which lasted for two days, with the participation of more than 30 male and female participants. Below are the top three:
– The first place Mr. Hashim Jassim Muhammad, affiliated with the Diwan Affairs Department / University Presidency
– Second place, Ms. Maha Muhammad Abdel Aziz, a graduate of the Mosul Technical Institute
Third place, student Yasser Muhammad Hazaa from Mosul Technical Institute
