The Northern Technical University Hosts the Global Kasanzi Cultural Council / Nineveh

NTU President Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, welcomed a delegation from the Global Kasanzi Cultural Council / Nineveh Branch in her office. The delegation included:

– Mr. Ibrahim Ali Abed, Supervisor of the General Social Relations Committee
– Dr. Zaid Khidr Mahmoud, Supervisor of the Education and Higher Education Committee

The delegation presented a gift to the President, a Muhammadi calendar, offered by His Excellency Sheikh Shamsuddin Muhammad Nehru Al-Kasanzan, the Head of the Al-Kasanzan Qadiri Order worldwide. They also conveyed the greetings of His Excellency Sheikh Shamsuddin Muhammad Nehru Al-Kasanzan to the President.

The visit aimed to elucidate the role of the Kasanzi Cultural Council in society, particularly its efforts in educating and training youth and women. During the discussion, it was agreed to foster cooperation between the Kasanzi Cultural Council and the Northern Technical University in various social fields, especially in promoting filial piety among the youth, visiting nursing homes, and other community activities.
