Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdul-Wahab Abdul-Qader, the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques organized a scientific course entitled (Bacterial production methods for biofilm)

Course objectives:-

1. Definition of biofilm, and what is the importance of bacterial cells?
2. Identify the types of bacteria that produce biofilm
3. Determining the methods used to investigate the biofilm production of bacterial cells
4. Identifying diseases caused by biofilm

The use of special treatments or antibiotics that can penetrate through the biofilm and reduce the diseases resulting from it.
