Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud, the Educational Guidance Committee continues its visit to several preparatory and high schools to open prospects for cooperation with educational institutions to establish joint cultural and extension activities, which It aims to raise awareness about the dangers of negative phenomena in our society and limit their spread, such as electronic extortion, drug abuse, and bullying issues. The possibility of receiving several school students on scientific visits to get acquainted with the colleges, institutes, and departments of the university.
It is worth noting that the Educational Guidance Committee was formed at the beginning of this year within the university’s vision and mission of serving the community by defining its societal and scientific mission. It has made many visits to schools in the city of Mosul and the Nineveh Plain.
