The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, attended in the presence of the Assistant President of the University, the Scientific and Administrative Officer, the Director of the Department of Freedom of Cultural Relations, the Director of the Department of Sense and Precision, the Secretary-General of the Republic, Mr. Sarhad Varley, and the delegation, which included the President of the Yunus Emre Cultural Foundation in Iraq. As a joint meeting on establishing comprehensive future cooperation between our university and the institution, provided that our different university is a site for the institute to receive students and citizens who come together to learn the Turkish language, including those granted by those recognized in Turkey, except that our university is an attractive environment for everyone and its goal is to serve the people of the great Iraq. Our institution was chosen in Its formations in three governorates, we formed a university for it due to previous meetings with the institution and sending the university academy to participate in the activities. Finally, our university is the second largest university in Nineveh and a university environment. At the end of the meeting, in-kind signatures were exchanged between the two parties.
