The College of Administrative Technology has put up awareness posters against violence against women, under the sponsorship of the President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliya Abbas Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administrative Technology in Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin. The Women Empowerment Unit organized an awareness campaign to combat violence against women. The campaign aimed to spread societal awareness, promote family values, and instill noble values of respect and mutual appreciation among different segments of society, in order to maintain tight-knit families and a peaceful coexistence in the community. As part of the campaign against violence against women, the unit distributed informative posters with the campaign’s message in the corridors of the administration and the academic departments.
