“How beautiful it is to gather together”… the slogan of the initiative that the Christians of our university carried to their colleagues on the occasion of the holy month
Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar received congratulations today from a group of Christians from our university in an initiative that reflected the depth of community cohesion among the components of our university. The initiative included a bouquet sent on behalf of the official of the Church of the Annunciation, along with a pendant titled “Ramadan in the Heart” surrounded by two olive leaves from trees. A mosque and a church, because our religious landmarks are springs of peace, from which a new creation emerges, symbolized by the white rose, where the serenity and purity of what characterizes our relations from ancient times until now.
It is worth noting that the initiative is organized by the Peaceful Coexistence Unit in coordination with the Church of the Annunciation to promote diversity and highlight the social cohesion of the people of the same country.
