The Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon, met with officials of the people and legal units in the university formations. During the meeting, they discussed activating the role of the people and legal units in making administrative decisions and their legal sobriety. He also urged his Excellency to activate the role of the human rights officer in Administrative work and that communication between the people and legal units and the rest of the university’s divisions and people and its formations in order to achieve the principle of integration in making administrative decisions. He also directed the people’s officials and legal units to develop their legal skills by participating in workshops and courses of a legal and administrative nature and for the legal employee to take his role in settling disputes In a friendly manner, to the extent that guarantees the public interest and does not lead to compromising the origin of the disputed right. The meeting concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations. The participants in this meeting emphasized the need to implement them as a roadmap for their legal and administrative work.
