Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the Administrative Technical College of Mosul, the Assistant Professor Dr. Sameer Taha Yasseen, the Department of Management Technologies organized electronically through the Google Meet platform a scientific workshop entitled (Future Leaders and Sustainable Development)

It was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Sultan Ahmed Khalif, a lecturer in the Department of Electronic Administration Techniques, and a group of university and college employees participated in the workshop.

The workshop aimed to shed light on the disciplines of future leaders, sustainability and its role in shaping a promising future, strategic plans and their impact on creating an integrative future, in addition to the relationship between loyalty and leadership with future leaders and their ability to positively influence.

The workshop came out with a set of recommendations, including:

1. Working with the idea of ​​sustainable development and considering it the basis for securing the needs of current and future generations.
2. The necessity of embodying the contents and dimensions of sustainable development, which gave priority to the ethical dimension and considered the masochism organizing the activities of other dimensions.
3. Making sustainable development the actual basis for all behaviors practiced by individuals in the fields of work.
