The Achievements of the Northern Technical University Continue.

The Mosuli young man, Khattab Nizar, an employee at the Northern Technical University / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency, achieved a historic accomplishment added to the record of Iraqi successes after being crowned champion of the DTAC 2026 Humorous Speech Contest during the Annual Toastmasters Champions Conference held in the State of Kuwait, becoming the first Iraqi in the history of the competition to win this title.

This victory came after an outstanding performance delivered by Khattab Nizar before an elite group of contestants from various countries. Through his creative style and remarkable presence, he succeeded in earning the admiration of both the judging panel and the audience, reaffirming the ability of Iraqi youth to compete and excel in international forums.
