Technical master’s thesis at the Northern Technical University discusses business intelligence and its role in achieving sustainable performance

I researched in the Administrative Technical College / Mosul the technical master’s thesis specializing in business management techniques tagged (business intelligence and its role in achieving sustainable performance / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in Asiacell Telecom Company in Iraq)
The thesis submitted by the student (Maha Abbas Muhammad Reda) aimed to determine the extent to which sustainable performance is achieved within the framework of the availability of business intelligence in Asiacell Telecom Company in Iraq, as it adopted business intelligence (as an independent variable) expressed in its dimensions (data sources, data integration, data warehouse, data analysis, information presentation) and sustainable performance (as a dependent variable) represented by its dimensions (economic performance, social performance, environmental performance),
Part of the course of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Walid Ahmed Suleiman Al-Jarjari, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and the students, the teacher Dr. Ahmed Najm Shit Al-Shalawi, the heads of the scientific departments and several faculty members and faculty members and students of studies Supreme.
The study reached a set of conclusions that confirmed the researched organization’s possession of perception and understanding of the dimensions expressing each of business intelligence and sustainable performance, as well as the contribution of business intelligence to sustainable performance through the presence of significant correlation and influence relationships between them (the two variables of the study) and at the macro and partial levels of their dimensions.
The study concluded its endeavor with several proposals, the most prominent of which was the need for the researched organization to seek to evoke the dimensions expressing sustainable performance and to work on possessing the dimensions expressing business intelligence and adopting its important role in achieving sustainable performance, as well as the need to search for possible causes that could lead to failure. Sustainable performance, by taking advantage of previous mistakes and correcting them, and including the requirements of achieving sustainable performance in the strategic plan of the researched organization.
