Section Tasks

  • Mechanization and automation of administrative and financial work, and securing and filling the needs of the university presidency and its administrative departments, its central library, its scientific and engineering departments, departments and institutions of the state and the private sector from software applications.
  • Training of staff and workers in various aspects of these applications and information and communication technology.
  • Developing administrative and financial information systems at the university to increase and improve the level of performance, reduce costs, and improve the quality, accuracy and speed of work. Information systems, thanks to recent developments in information technology, have become a great necessity to enable universities to survive, continue their success, and achieve their goals.
  • The use and employment of administrative and financial information systems, which works first to change the organizational structure of the administrative tasks and functions of universities and educational institutions, and secondly to obtain the largest amount of information necessary for the importance of its role in decision-making. Therefore, policies and procedures in universities can be affected to a large extent as a result of developing and building information systems in a way that supports their decisions, policies and interests.

  • A mobile application that provides statistics and information about the university and its activities related to the Studies and Planning Department.
  • A mobile application that gives statistics and information about the university and its activities related to the Graduate Studies Department.
  • Electronic archiving system.
  • Electronic payroll system.
  • Receipt archiving system.
