Tasks and duties :
1. Enhancing the application of quality standards within the university’s axes.
2. Holding training courses, seminars and workshops in cooperation with the Training and Technical Support Department to spread cultural awareness and quality.
3. Follow-up the implementation of all university formations of their scientific plan and follow-up the receipt of documented monthly reports thereof.
4. Follow up on the implementation of the scientific research plan for professors by all university formations, follow up on the receipt of monthly documented reports for this, and convert implementation rates into graphical curves.
5. Establishing the necessary procedures to implement quality assurance standards, based on which formations’ compliance with quality and accreditation requirements is ensured.
6. Preparing periodic reports on the department’s activity and sending them to the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at the university.
7. Planning and preparing for follow-up self-evaluation of the activities of all university departments and various programs and following up on their implementation.
8. Collect and analyze the results of self-evaluation studies, explain their pros and cons, and provide the necessary recommendations to develop and improve their performance.
9. Follow up and save minutes of meetings of the University Quality and Performance Council.
10. Review and study research and reports on quality to evaluate the department’s performance and work to improve it.
