the President of our University visited the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest, Romania, in the presence of the Cultural Attaché of Romania, Prof. Dr. Shakir Kazim Al-Sharifi. The purpose of the visit was to sign a scientific cooperation mechanism and to activate a joint cooperation mechanism in the interest of our University. These include a number of items that are in the interest of both parties and cooperation in the field of training, teaching, learning and curriculum development, as well as international mobility projects for the students and the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The two universities are also working on the possibility of making a twinning project between the colleges and the scientific departments with the same academic specialization.
At the conclusion of the visit, it was agreed that cooperation would be signed and strengthened subsequently.
