The university signs a joint scientific cooperation agreement with the Association of Dutch Municipalities

Northern Technical University Signs a Joint Scientific Cooperation Agreement with the Association of Netherlands Municipalities…

Northern Technical University has signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG – Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten). The agreement was signed on behalf of the University by its President, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, within the framework of enhancing international partnerships and exchanging scientific, technical, and administrative expertise.
The agreement aims to broaden cooperation horizons in the fields of technical education, scientific research, institutional capacity building, as well as administrative training and development. In addition, it seeks to exchange expertise in local governance, sustainable development, and community service, contributing to supporting the University’s development and modernization plans.
The President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, affirmed that this agreement represents an important step toward strengthening the University’s international presence and benefiting from leading global experiences. She noted the University’s keenness to establish effective partnerships that contribute to advancing the educational process and linking it to the needs of society and the labor market.
For their part, representatives of the Association of Netherlands Municipalities expressed their pleasure at signing this agreement, commending the scientific and academic level of Northern Technical University and confirming their readiness to support joint programs and projects that achieve the sustainable development goals of both parties.
