“On the National Day of the Republic of Iraq, I am pleased to extend the most sincere expressions of congratulations to Iraq citizens with all their components, and to the defenders of its land from the armed forces with all their types and formations and the security services .Iraq is our pride, glory and honor, it is the land of the oldest cultures in the world, and the homeland of the most ancient civilizations that left their clear impact on all of humanity, here writing was invented, cities were established, laws were enacted, agriculture and industry were established, medicine flourished, literature, arts and other human sciences became widespread, it is the cradle of prophets, messengers, scholars and righteous saints, and the place of the shrines of the pure imams. Iraq, which was and still is the homeland of heroes and righteous martyrs, will remain a bright sign in the history and civilizations of nations, and a home of peace and coexistence between the groups of society that love the good of their country and people.
