Northern Technical University participates in the Nineveh Water Forum within the project to enhance water resource management under climate change conditions.

Under the direct guidance of the President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and in line with the university’s goals to achieve sustainable development, the university took part in the second season of the Nineveh Water Forum, following the success of the first season which was hosted by the university.

The forum is part of the partnership with Solidarités International within the project titled “Building the Capacity of Civil Society to Improve Water Resource Management in the Context of Climate Change in Iraq.”

The conference included a presentation highlighting the university’s role in the project and its commitment to supporting the community. The forum will continue for two days, during which participants will discuss the critical state of water resources in Iraq in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
