Northern Technical University Participates in a Workshop on the Proposed First Amendment to the Private Higher Education Law …

The President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, participated in a workshop on the proposed first amendment to the Private Higher Education Law. The workshop was organized by the offices of the Representatives in Nineveh Governorate, attended by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, Dr. Mazahim Al-Khayyat, and the heads of public and private universities in Nineveh, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the Representatives office in the left bank area.

The workshop addressed the proposed amendments to the Private Higher Education Law, as well as the conditions, regulations, and guidelines for establishing private colleges and universities according to international standards regarding space, financial and human resources, and academic quality and integrity.
