Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon, and within a series of systems and software designed by the software team formed in the Computer Center at the University Presidency. The Electronic Calculator Center at the Presidency of the University implemented two workshops, the first to explain the “Database Management System for Presidency Affiliates” and included the definition of the administrative staff in the Presidency of the University in the manner of entering the data of the associates and everything related to them and keeping their data on the central server with the provision of access to it by authorized persons. The second workshop was to explain the “Central Mail and Administrative Correspondence System.” The workshops included defining the members of the postal divisions and units in all formations who attended the workshop, in person and by default, by the method of sending affiliate data and modifying it by authorized persons and a mechanism of confirmation and marginalization of the official or director of the department. The data is stored on the central server as well.
