Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, the implementation of the workshops for the “Intilaq” competition was started by the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division on students with outstanding projects, which will last for a period Two days. It highlights the important and necessary paragraphs of entrepreneurship, design thinking skills, and project model preparation. The lecture at the workshop was delivered by Mr. Mustafa Kamil Yosif / Head of the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the Technical Institute, Al-Door, and the university representative in preparing for the competition.

The “Intilaq” competition is part of the private sector development and employment promotion project of the German Agency for International Cooperation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and presented to our university students (initial and postgraduate studies) who have a passion for entrepreneurship and have ideas for commercial projects that serve the community and the private sector. The workshop was attended by a number of officials from the rehabilitation, employment, and follow-up units in the university’s colleges and institutes in the city of Mosul.
