Under the auspices of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar and in the presence of Mr. Vise President of the University, Head of Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Thanoun Younis Thanoun,, this event organized by the Department of Media and Government Communication and the Directorate of Combating Drug Affairs, Nineveh Branch, and in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Division and the Anti-Narcotics Committee at the University Presidency . The lecturers of this symposium were Colonel Firas Abdel Razzaq Shaeed, Assistant Director of the Directorate of Anti-Narcotics Affairs, Nineveh Branch and Dr. Labib Abdullah Hassoun, Chairman of the Narcotics Control Committee.
