Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the university organized a workshop entitled Life Skills in Enhancing Confidence and through Google Meet, which was delivered by the Human Development Trainer, Ms. Rana Husam Al-Nuaimi.

The training workshop covered:

• The importance of enhancing self-confidence through the skills that an individual must possess.
• How to develop yourself under the pressure you face in order to accomplish tasks.
• The workshop aims to:
• Introduction to the golden rules of psychology
• Statement of negative emotions that should be avoided and that affect the subconscious mind.
• Defining the seven characteristics of successful people that must be followed.

During the workshop, interaction took place by answering the questions of the participants in the workshop.
