In the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmood, the University Quality and Performance Department at the University Presidency organized the training workshop on Iraqi institutional accreditation.
The workshop activities began with the playing of the national anthem and the university anthem, followed by a speech by the President of the University. Then the activities began with two lectures, the first on Iraqi institutional accreditation and the second on the self-evaluation report. The lecture was given by Professor Dr. Samir Kamel Al-Khatib, a member of the Iraqi Institutional Accreditation Council.
Then a second lecture was given by Professor Dr. Ali Abdel Karim Al-Saffar, a member of the Institutional Accreditation Council, entitled How to Write a Conformity Report. The workshop was attended by a large number of specialists in the field of quality in public and private universities, deans of the university’s faculties and institutes, and quality employees at the university.
