Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Central Library Department at the University Presidency organized a course entitled “Computerized Supply of Library Materials”, both in person and by default. The lecture was delivered by:

1. Mrs.: Israa Amer Mayouf / Diploma in Information and Libraries.
2. Ms. Iman Abdel Hadi Khalil/Diploma in Information and Libraries
3. Ms.: Haneen Muhammad Hamid/ Diploma in Information and Libraries

The course aimed to:

• Achieving speed in the supply procedures, and raising the rates of issuing supply orders.
• Reducing supply costs and saving time and effort that was spent in completing repetitive manual and routine work.
• Increasing the speed of preparing supply orders and receiving the required containers.
• Upgrading the level of financial resources management.
• Developing the automated system for a specific sector to become an integrated system.
• Upgrading the level of management information.
