Northern Technical University opens its horizons with international universities…

according to the directives of our esteemed ministry and openness to international universities, Northern Technical University receives a Turkish university. The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Al-Attar, received the President of Gaziantep University of Islamic Sciences and Technology, Prof. Dr. Shamsa Demer, who was accompanied by the General Consul of the Turkish Republic in Nineveh Governorate and his accompanying delegation. The visit aimed to open up and international partnerships in common areas between the two universities.
The meeting included in-depth discussions between the two parties about starting actual steps and activating cooperation in a way that contributes to enhancing scientific and research exchange and the training aspect for students.
At the end of the visit, the two parties signed a letter of intent for joint cooperation between the two sides, and it was agreed to develop a joint action plan aimed at developing academic and research programs, and organizing joint events and conferences aimed at developing the skills of students and faculty members. This visit yielded positive results that pave the way for joint academic work and the development of relations between the two institutions, which contributes to the development of both universities in the research and academic fields and modern technologies.
