within the series of visits carried out by the Northern Technical University to a number of international universities within the Internationalization Project, which is implemented by the university in cooperation with UNESCO, and under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the university participated, represented by Dr. Abdullah Qutaiba Shanshal/Responsible of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Division and a member of the Internationalization Working Group, was part of a team on a visit to the HO Gent University of Applied Sciences. They were received by Ms. Liesbeth Van Heck/Director of the International Relations Department at the university. During the visit, a number of presentations were made to introduce the Belgian University and the strategies followed and adopted in implementing many training and educational programs within the application of the Bologna Process and with regard to developing academic programs and consolidating cultural and international relations with the rest of the universities and in various scientific disciplines. . At the end of the visit, the university’s shield was presented to the Director of the Cultural Relations Department and the team working with her, as an expression of the university’s appreciation for the good cooperation and warm reception.
