Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, a meeting was held with representatives of the French Embassy represented by the French Attaché, Mr. David, and the University Attaché, Mr. Pascal. The meeting was attended by both the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department Dr. Harith Akram Hamdoun and Prof. Dr. Hassan Abdel Karim and a. Asst. Prof.Omar Hazem Mahmoud and the Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Fawaz Fadel Ali, in the beginning, Dr. Hassan Abdel Karim presented an overview of the Northern Technical University and its departments in French. During the meeting, ways of cooperation with French universities in various fields were discussed, including three major projects submitted by the Northern Technical University, which are (Cyber ​​Security Project), (Food Security Safety Project) and (Research Centers Project). After extensive discussion with them, it was agreed to provide French logistical support by the French Embassy for the above projects in cooperation with French universities, and the project includes training staff as well as providing consultants in these specializations.
