The representative of the Institute in Kirkuk Governorate, Engineer Ali Hamad Muhammad, Director of the United Nations Office in Kirkuk, visited Mrs. Laura, to increase cooperation in the field of age, as well as including the Institute’s staff, whether teaching, technical and administrative, with external courses to keep pace with the development taking place in the countries of the world. Northern Technical University and the Institute restored life to a large scientific edifice such as the Hawija Technical Institute after it was subjected to a large percentage of destruction that reached 100%. The international envoy promised her full support for our university and increased support for the institute to be at the forefront of educational institutions in Kirkuk governorate.
