In recognition of her efforts in supporting and encouraging the activities of the scientific university, and supporting graduate students, and appreciating the efforts of all those involved in this field, Mrs. President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, honored Professor Dr. Omar Rafae Mahmood, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and Mr. Head of the Department of Construction and Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, Mosul Technical University, and Mr. Director of the Legal Affairs Department in her office, Professor Dr. Waleed Mohamed Sheet, for their role in participating in the examination committees for graduate students in the university’s colleges, wishing them scientific excellence.
