To develop and involve the Northern Technical University in communicating with the governorate’s departments, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, was a guest at the governorate’s office, and she discussed with the Nineveh Governorate, Mr. Najm Al-Jubouri, ways to continue supporting the university, as we always promised him, and she said that she has many projects that will advance our university to the top of the ranks as international universities.
