Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Institute / Mosul, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdul-Wahab Abdul-Qader, the Department of Material Management Techniques, and within the psychological counseling activities, organized a workshop for students of the first grade under the title:

The “Blue Ocean Strategy” means uniqueness and leadership

The lecture was delivered by:

• Mr. Ibraheem Khaleel Ibraheem.
• Ms. Marwa Laith Al-Abayachi

The workshop came out with several essential points, the most important of which are:

1. Motivating students to excel by moving from the red ocean strategy, i.e. an atmosphere full of competition, to the blue ocean strategy (exclusivity and leadership(.
2.  The necessity of educating our students about the importance of adhering to the basic rules of learning and switching to a purposeful environment in building a moderate and purposeful personality.
