Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel-Wahab, the Department of Anesthesia Techniques organized a course entitled (Omega fatty acids and their importance to the body)
The lecture was given by Dr. Zina Ahmed Mohamed / ministerial contract
The workshop dealt with the importance of fatty acids, especially omega 3.6.9, for the body, what they benefit from them, and how to obtain them, in addition to explaining the damage caused by a deficiency of omega acids to the body and how to prevent them.
The workshop aimed to:
- Learn about fatty acids and what are their types in the human body.
- How to benefit from foods rich in fatty acids.
- Explanation of the benefits provided by Omega 3 to the body at all ages.
