Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Qader, Dean of the Technical Institute of Mosul, the Department of Animal Production Techniques organized a scientific symposium entitled (The Economic Impact of Using Layering Chickens of the Mizo genus in Open Breeding)

The importance of egg production projects in Nineveh Governorate and the economic feasibility of the miso variety, which is a producer of eggs and can be raised in the open and closed way and is resistant to diseases such as Newcastle. The symposium came out with the need to develop the egg production sector using the alternatives available in Nineveh Governorate.
