Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdul-Wahab Abdul-Qadir, Dean of the Technical Institute of Mosul, the Department of Office Management Techniques organized the Department of Office Management Techniques entitled: (Training and its Role in Raising the Performance of Workers)
It is lectured by:

Its aim:
- When designing training programs, it must be determined whether there is a need for training or not.
- Then a training plan is drawn up in which the place and duration of the training and the type of training methods used are indicated, after which the plan is implemented.
