under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of Mosul Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdulwahab Abdulqadir, under the guidance of the Head of the Office Management Techniques Department, Dr. Yasser Dawood Suleiman.

The Office Management Techniques Department, in collaboration with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, conducted a scientific course for students entitled “Talent Management and its Role in Enhancing Entrepreneurship.” The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Ibrahim Abdul Khaliq, Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Abdul Sattar, and Assistant Lecturer Diaa Mazahim.

The course took place from 16th to 17th May 2023 and aimed to propose a conceptual framework for talent management for university students as an approach to achieving strategic leadership. It aimed to familiarize them with the various practices of talent management and how to achieve strategic leadership.

The recommendations are as follows:

Achieve functional alignment in work and provide results that contribute to the implementation of the best talent management strategies.
Talent management and work alignment achieve the average ability to work for organization employees.
The top management should prioritize the planning process.
To improve work alignment for employees, it is necessary to adopt certain talent management strategies.
The top management of the organization must commit to change and intensify their focus on its talented resources.
