Mosul Technical Institute organizes a scientific course entitled “Developing the Most Effective Habits for Government Employees to Enhance Service Quality and Achieve Economic Development”

Under the patronage of NTU President, Dr. Aliya Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of Mosul Technical Institute , Assistant Professor Shahla Abdulwahab Abdulqadir, the Department of Material Management Techniques organized a scientific course titled:
“Developing the Most Effective Habits for Government Employees to Enhance Service Quality and Achieve Economic Development.”
The course took place from May 14th to May 18th, 2023.
The lecturers in the course were:
Dr. Shahla Salem Khalil Al-Abbadi
Ms. Mudrikat Zainab Yahya
The objectives of the course were:
Developing skills that contribute to improving productivity in all types of large, medium, and small establishments.
Understanding the habits and skills that aid in decision-making.
Emphasizing the importance of training and enhancing the performance of employees.
The course resulted in the following recommendations:
1.Paying attention to creative employees and providing them with suitable conditions.
2.Establishing a specialized body for development through the issuance of new legislation that addresses the issues of innovators and creators.
3.Focusing on intellectual capital and considering it as an important strategy.
