Ministerial Committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Visits the Presidency of Northern Technical University.

A ministerial committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research paid an official visit to the Presidency of Northern Technical University, headed by Dr. Ali Naeem, Director of the Department of Budgets and University Affairs, accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry’s Budget Division.
The committee was received by the Esteemed Administrative Assistant President and the Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs. A meeting was held with the financial divisions at the University Presidency, during which several key issues were discussed, most notably the revenues related to the Budget Division, the requirements for budget preparation, as well as the challenges facing the financial department at the University Presidency, with an emphasis on identifying appropriate solutions.
In addition, an expanded meeting was held at Northern Technical University, attended by representatives of the financial departments from the University of Mosul, University of Tel Afar, and University of Al-Hamdaniya. The meeting focused on exchanging views and expertise, and discussing mechanisms to develop financial performance and strengthen coordination among universities, in a manner that supports and enhances institutional performance.
