The master’s thesis at Kirkuk Technical College examined (isolation of beneficial vaginal lactobacilli and the effect of these bacteria on pathogenic bacteria isolated from women with bacterial, parasitic and fungal infections)
The thesis presented by the student Hadeel Munther Zakir dealt with the isolation and diagnosis of lactobacillus, pathogenic bacteria, Candida fungi and the parasite Trichomoniasis.
The thesis aims to evaluate the effect of lactobacilli bacteria on pathogenic bacteria, fungi and parasites
The researcher concluded that there is a significant effect of lactobacilli bacteria isolated from healthy women on pathogenic bacteria and fungi isolated from women with bacterial and fungal infections. (NCBI).
