The Management Section of the Electronic Computer Center follows up on the affairs and work of the Technical Computer Center’s people

Tasks of the Management Section

  • Preparing official books and notes.

  • Formation of technical committees related to the work of the center.

  • Issuing administrative orders for the center’s employees in relation to long and short vacations, and direct and disengagement orders.

  • Keeping and following up attendance and leaving records, and submitting periodic reports on the regular and timed vacations of the center’s employees to the university presidency.

  • Implementation and follow-up of the margins of the president of the university, assistants and the director of the center.

  • Issuing circulars for courses and completed research to all university departments and centers.

  • Follow up the maintenance work of the center in coordination with the central maintenance department at the university.

  • Organizing the personal files of all the center’s employees and updating them on an ongoing basis.
