The Management Section of the Electronic Computer Center follows up on the affairs and work of the Technical Computer Center’s people
Tasks of the Management Section
Preparing official books and notes.
Formation of technical committees related to the work of the center.
Issuing administrative orders for the center’s employees in relation to long and short vacations, and direct and disengagement orders.
Keeping and following up attendance and leaving records, and submitting periodic reports on the regular and timed vacations of the center’s employees to the university presidency.
Implementation and follow-up of the margins of the president of the university, assistants and the director of the center.
Issuing circulars for courses and completed research to all university departments and centers.
Follow up the maintenance work of the center in coordination with the central maintenance department at the university.
Organizing the personal files of all the center’s employees and updating them on an ongoing basis.
