Legal periods that result in the establishment of legal centers that cannot be ignored, and the legal and administrative employees must know and work according to them, as follows:

1. The employee’s penalty shall start with delaying the promotion, starting from the date of the employee’s entitlement to the promotion or annual increase. Based on Article (9) of the State Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991.
2. The grievance period against the administrative decision is within (30) days from the date the employee was notified of the objected matter.
3. The appeal shall be submitted to the Administrative Court within (30) days from the date the employee was notified of the appeal rejection, based on Article (15). from the above law.
4. Notifying the debtor to pay the debt within the government debt collection law within (10) days from the day following his notification of the warning. Based on Article (3) of Government Debt Collection Law No. 56 of 1977.
5. The execution of its debts by the state departments within (60) days from the day following notification, based on Article (20) of the Execution Law No. 45 of 1980.
6. The debtor whose place of residence is unknown shall be deemed to have been notified within (15) days from the date of publishing the notification in two local newspapers.
7. The lawsuit filed against the government shall not be heard after (30) days from the date on which the employee was notified of the objected matter based on Article (59) of the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960.
8. The employee is considered resigned for being absent from work within (10) days without a legitimate excuse based on Article (37) of the above-mentioned Civil Service Law.
9. The date of the issuance of the judgment for the death of the missing person shall be considered the date of his death, based on Article 95 of the Law on the Welfare of Minors No. 78 of 1980.
10. The death of the missing person, if four years have passed since his loss was announced, or two years have passed in circumstances that predominate in his death and death, according to Article (93) of the above law.
11. The date of the missing person’s loss from the date of the court’s announcement of his loss and the issuance of the valuation argument. Based on Article (87) of the above law.
12. The bidding list is open for (30) days from the day following the publication of the advertisement. Based on Article (12) of the Sale and Rent of State Funds Law No. 21 of 2013.
13. Bidding ends after five minutes have passed since the last bid and no more than that.
14. Breaking the decision or adding the last bidding allowance shall be within (5) days from the date of referral.
15. Announcing the auction in case of annexation within (7) days from the day following publication, based on Article (12) of the above law.
16. The assignment when selling or renting is not considered final except after the approval of the Minister or his authorized representative, according to Article (14) of the above law.
17. If the consideration for selling or renting immovable property does not reach its estimated value, the auction shall be extended for (15) days from the day following the publication of the advertisement. According to Article (13) of the above law. He prayed to God for the brothers to succeed in their work.
