Kirkuk Technical Institute organizes the annual student cultural competition.

Under the sponsorship of Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, and under the supervision and attendance of the Dean of Kirkuk Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Ashiti Mahdi Aref, and the attendance of the Deputy Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Essam Salah Al-Din, and the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Sari Hashem Omar, as well as the heads of scientific departments, the Student Activities Department/Art Activities Unit at Kirkuk Technical Institute organized the annual student cultural competition for students of the scientific departments at the institute.
