The course indicated:

Heart health can be maintained by eating healthy food, exercising, maintaining an ideal weight and staying away from saturated foods. with fat.

That fats are types and differ from each other in terms of their benefits and harms. They can be divided into healthy unsaturated fats, which benefit the health of the body, such as olive oil, flaxseed oil, and unhealthy saturated fats, which are harmful to health. Their most important sources are red meat and dairy products, and trans fats are harmful in raising The rate of triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood and the incidence of cardiovascular disease. The blood lipid profile is examined as a measure of heart health, which includes checking (total cholesterol, triglycerides, good cholesterol (HDL) and bad cholesterol (LDL).
